Job Description:

We are looking for skilled and passionate Java Back End Developers to join our high-performing team in Bangalore. The ideal candidates will have strong experience in Java 17, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture. You will be an integral part of a team that values clear communication, hands-on coding ability, and a strong understanding of distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust back-end systems using Java 17 and Spring Boot.
- Build and manage microservices-based architecture with well-defined APIs and service contracts.
- Implement high-throughput data pipelines and messaging solutions using Apache Kafka.
- Participate in live coding assessments and contribute to peer code reviews.
- Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and QA to deliver high-quality features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance, reliability, and scalability issues.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and follow best practices for code quality and documentation.

Must-Have Skills:

- Strong core Java programming skills Java 17 experience is a must
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and related frameworks
- Solid understanding of Microservices Architecture
- Proficiency in designing and consuming RESTful APIs
- Experience with Kafka architecture, producers/consumers, message flow
- Experience with databases SQL and NoSQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Comfortable with live coding tests problem-solving, algorithm design, and clean code
- Good communication and collaboration skills

Good to Have:

- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance tuning
