Job Description:

We are looking for skilled and passionate
Java Back End Developers
to join our high-performing team in Bangalore. The ideal candidates will have strong experience in Java 17, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture. You will be an integral part of a team that values clear communication, hands-on coding ability, and a strong understanding of distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust back-end systems using Java 17 and Spring Boot.
  • Build and manage microservices-based architecture with well-defined APIs and service contracts.
  • Implement high-throughput data pipelines and messaging solutions using
    Apache Kafka
    .
  • Participate in live coding assessments and contribute to peer code reviews.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and QA to deliver high-quality features.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve performance, reliability, and scalability issues.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and follow best practices for code quality and documentation.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong core Java programming skills –
    Java 17
    experience is a must
  • Hands-on experience with
    Spring Boot
    and related frameworks
  • Solid understanding of
    Microservices Architecture
  • Proficiency in designing and consuming
    RESTful APIs
  • Experience with
    Kafka
    – architecture, producers/consumers, message flow
  • Experience with databases – SQL and NoSQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
  • Comfortable with
    live coding tests
    – problem-solving, algorithm design, and clean code
  • Good communication and collaboration skills

Good to Have:

  • Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance tuning
