This Opportunity is with UNM foundation, CSR arm of Torrent group;

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand drawings, assist in the execution and maintenance of civil projects.
  • Conduct site visits, inspections, collect the data and monitor maintenance work progress on daily basis.
  • Assist in preparation of technical reports, documentation, and project proposals.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with architect, contractors, other agencies and internal departments.
  • Support maintenance tasks, including scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Prepare BOQ, estimation and check bills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor/Diploma degree in Civil Engineering or other branches but at least 5 years experience in civil projects.
  • Knowledge of engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SAP).

Work Location: Lakes under the maintenance project (field-based role with regular site visits).
