We're seeking a detail-oriented and automation-savvy Product Operations Analyst to help us optimize our operational processes and ensure data accuracy across our platforms. Who You Are:
  • Automation Enthusiast: You're passionate about eliminating manual work through automation. You've built workflows using tools like n8n, Zapier, or , and you're always looking for the next process to optimize.
  • AI-Powered Problem Solver: You actively leverage AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or other LLMs to enhance your productivity, solve complex problems, and generate insights. You see AI as a powerful co-pilot in your daily work.
  • Data-Driven & Analytical: You're comfortable diving into databases using SQL, analyzing trends in Excel or Google Sheets, and creating dashboards to visualize operational metrics. You use data to drive decisions and measure impact.
  • Technical Tinkerer: You enjoy building solutions using no-code/low-code platforms like Replit, Retool, or similar tools. You're not afraid to write simple scripts or work with APIs to connect systems and automate workflows.
  • Process Optimizer: You have a natural instinct for identifying inefficiencies and redesigning processes. You're organized, detail-oriented, and obsessed with creating scalable, repeatable systems.
  • Self-Starter & Collaborative: You can work independently to manage multiple projects while also partnering effectively with cross-functional teams including Biz-Ops, product, sales, and payroll.
What You'll Do:
  • Own Data Quality & Integrity: Implement and maintain robust processes for validating and verifying data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all platforms. Develop and enforce data quality standards that become the foundation of operational excellence.
  • Build & Deploy Automation Solutions: Design and implement automation workflows using N8n, Zapier, or custom scripts to eliminate repetitive manual tasks. Identify bottlenecks in current processes and create scalable automation solutions that improve team efficiency.
  • Leverage AI for Operational Excellence: Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and other LLMs to automate data processing, generate insights, create documentation, and enhance decision-making. Experiment with new AI capabilities to continuously improve operational workflows.
  • Manage End-to-End Projects: Own short-term and long-term operational projects with comprehensive documentation and strict adherence to timelines. Define performance metrics, accuracy benchmarks, and provide proactive updates to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive Process Improvements: Continuously identify opportunities to streamline operations through automation, better tooling, and process redesign. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that reduce manual work and improve data accuracy.
  • Partner Across Functions: Work closely with Biz-Ops, product management, engineering, billing ops, and sales teams to understand data requirements and operational needs. Collaborate on initiatives that enhance data accessibility and usability for all stakeholders.
Nice To Have:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred but not required if you have equivalent practical experience.
  • Scripting & Development Skills: Experience with Python, JavaScript, or other scripting languages for building custom automation solutions and data processing scripts.
  •  API & Integration Expertise: Hands-on experience working with REST APIs, webhooks, and system integrations to connect disparate platforms and automate data flows.
  • Data Visualization Skills: Experience creating dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar visualization tools to communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Startup Experience: Previous experience working in a fast-paced startup environment where you wore multiple hats and adapted quickly to changing priorities.
