Position Title: Product Operations Analyst
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and business-savvy Product Operations Analyst to support our CPO Product Operations and Pricing Operations organization and broader business teams with actionable insights that drive data-informed decision-making. This role will play a critical part in enhancing visibility into pricing strategy, market dynamics, and business performance through robust data analysis and compelling visual storytelling.
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders across pricing, sales, marketing, finance, and product to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and build intuitive dashboards that empower teams to make strategic decisions. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes, a passion for data, and the ability to translate complex datasets into clear, impactful narratives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the pricing organization and business stakeholders to analyse pricing data and business data together.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI) to visualize pricing performance and business KPIs.
- Deliver data-driven insights that support the pricing strategy team and business teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve pricing operations effectiveness and efficiency.
- Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and present findings in a clear, compelling manner.
- Train and support stakeholders in using dashboards and interpreting data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and relevance.
- Support the Pricing Operations team with accurate and timely data entry to ensure smooth execution of pricing processes and initiatives.
- Assist in pricing maintenance activities, including updating pricing records, validating pricing inputs, and ensuring alignment with pricing governance and controls.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in data analytics, preferably in pricing, commercial strategy, or business operations.
- Proficiency in Power BI or similar BI tools for dashboard creation and data visualization.
- Solid understanding of SQL, Excel, and data manipulation techniques.
- Experience working with structured and unstructured data from various sources.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and business data platforms.
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate insights effectively.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or similar).
Required Skills & Experience::

Desirable Attributes:
- Experience in pricing analytics or commercial strategy.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis or predictive modelling.
- Exposure to global business environments and cross-functional collaboration.
Technical Capabilities:
- BI Tools: Proficient in Power BI (or similar) for dashboard creation and data visualization.
- Excel Expertise: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and modelling.
- SQL Knowledge: Able to query databases and extract relevant data using SQL.
- Data Handling: Experience working with structured and unstructured data; familiar with ETL processes.
- CRM Systems: Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Data Storytelling: Skilled in presenting insights through compelling visual and narrative formats.
- Optional Skills: Familiarity with statistical analysis and predictive modelling.
