We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of : Manager Trainee

In this role, you will:

  1. Business Finance – Client Profitability teams are responsible for submissions, reconciliations, controls & assurance, and Executive MI, reporting & analysis of client profitability financials. Financials apart – reviews and governance of client and product reference data form integral part of service delivery.
  2. Business Finance Operations team provides support to global & regional; and country business finance and CFO teams and engage with various stakeholders across finance & businesses.
  3. The incumbent position in the CP team will be part site finance submissions & reconciliations teams and will support the below:
    P&L and balances submissions into HORIS/Omnia
  4. Review & approve Reconciliations 
  5. Reference data reviews, and cross team collaboration to ensure accurate reference data for site/s in question
    Country/regional reporting
  6. Site local source system feed reviews, updates, issue resolution as may be applicable. Executive summary and insight & analysis.
  7. Above apart, the role demands strong attention to detail and ability to provide commercial insights and analysis for business as well as finance using client level data, working with large sets of data from various sources and helping in valuable analysis for senior stakeholders.
  8. The role holder will also be responsible for query management for any of client profitability attributes & measures; leading change projects, deploying automations & visualizations and work closely with other BFO and in-country stake-partners.
  9. Strong MI Reporting and Analytics capabilities, business driven substantiations and commentary writing.
  10. Hands-on involvement across the various stages of data lineage and feeds. Stay on top of changing regulatory needs, reporting standards and understand their impact.

To be successful you will:

  1. CA, CWA, MBA, Engineering or equivalent.
  2. Relevant experience / internship/projects.
  3. Ability to comprehend intricate and diverse range of business problems and analyze them with limited or complex data and provide a feasible solution framework.
  4. Commercial acumen – good knowledge of Banking product and its dynamics, conceptual soundness of related financial ratios, P&L and drivers.
  5. Ability to work in cross-functional teams with strong interpersonal skills and drive for success.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to develop and effectively communicate complex concepts and ideas.
  7. Strong relationship management skills across a diverse organization, especially with senior management.
  8. Must have excellent attention to detail and work within tight deadlines ensuring a complete and accurate flow of information's between stakeholders.
  9. Strong understanding of consolidation models and reference data lineage.
  10. Strong understanding of systems model, reporting, automation, and analysis tools.
