Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage the health of infants, children, and adolescents.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of pediatric conditions including respiratory infections, allergies, growth disorders, and chronic illnesses.
• Monitor developmental milestones and provide immunizations and preventive care.
• Educate parents and caregivers on nutrition, hygiene, safety, and disease prevention.
• Discuss diagnoses and treatment plans with families, offering guidance on medications, lifestyle adjustments, and follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure continuity of care.
• Support children with complex or chronic conditions and coordinate with specialists as needed.
• Participate in clinical audits, research, and continuous medical education to enhance pediatric care standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• DHA-licensed or DHA-eligible Specialist Pediatrician.
• Fluent in Arabic.
• Proven ability to manage both acute and chronic pediatric conditions.
• Holds an established patient following or is confident in building one.
• Committed to delivering high-quality, family-centered care.
• Team-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced clinic setting.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• MBBS or MBChB or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Completion of specialty qualification recognized by DHA, HAAD, or MOH UAE.
• Certification in Basic and Advanced Life Support.
• Fluency in English & Arabic is required.
• Minimum 5 years of specialist-level experience.
• Publications in peer-reviewed journals are highly regarded.
