Role & responsibilities

  • First point of contact for client on all issues
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at a time
  • Review and evaluate Architectural, Structural & Services drawings
  • Well Experienced in Strategy Planning, Project management, Contract management, Construction Management, Site Analysis / safety, Value Engineering, Budget & Cost Control, Resource management, Vendor development, Co-ordination / Liaison, Commercial Negotiation, Quality Control
  • Design Management
  • Selection of Construction materials as per Standards & reconciliation of materials periodically.
  • Estimation, preparation of quotations, technical interactions, job planning including manpower planning
  • Ensure project delivery standards as per organizational standards.
  • Effectively co-ordinate with Users / clients, architects, Designers, Third Party Agencies, & Vendors, Consultants as well as Labour for smooth completion of Projects on Schedule
  • Attend all design review meetings & project review meetings related to site.
  • Give necessary technical guidance & training support to the site Project Team.
  • Track and report to the client on overall time and cost progress of the project.
  • Monitor site works in terms of site quality and drawing implementation
