  • Experience in Test cases creation, execution, Test Planning and Test Strategy.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
  • Team Co-ordination. Collaboration with Development & Product Teams.
  • Coordinate end to end closure of testing and ensure go live of the project
  • Perform Workflow Testing, Testing Reports. Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and techniques.
  • Learn and be proficient in all E-Ring Products.
  • Build a testing team of professionals with appropriate skills, attitudes and motivation.
  • Strong critical thinking skills.
  • Strong logical, analytical, problem-solving skills and time management.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Knowledge on SQL server and MS Excel automation is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS office like word, excel, ppt, flowcharts, access etc.
  • Ensure that deliverables meet the highest quality standards before release to production.
  • Able to track the teams performance metrics.
  • Committed to continuous learning and knowledge acquisition.

Minimum qualifications & experience

  • A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience as software testing engineer as Mandatory.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and communicate across organizational boundaries
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
