Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Rajasthan, India, for a Senior Project Officer - Stores role. The Senior Project Officer will oversee the daily operations of inventory management, procurement, and store management, ensuring optimum stocking and efficient supply chain processes. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, coordinating with vendors, ensuring compliance with company policies, tracking inventory movement, and preparing regular reports for management. Collaboration with teams to meet project timelines and operational efficiency is a critical part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Experience in inventory management, procurement processes, and supply chain operations
  • Strong understanding of store management procedures, record-keeping, and compliance standards
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, ensuring smooth coordination with vendors and teams
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory tracking software
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in the manufacturing or cement industry is highly desirable
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment
