Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Recruiter – AI Specialized Role, based in Faridabad. The key responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and recruiting top AI-focused technical talent using creative and effective strategies. The recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand specialized role requirements, manage the full recruiting lifecycle, and oversee offer negotiations. The role also involves maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and staying updated on emerging trends in AI talent acquisition.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in sourcing, recruiting, and screening candidates, with a track record in filling AI and technology-focused roles
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates
  • Expertise in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and platforms
  • Knowledge of employment laws, hiring practices, and compliance
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess technical qualifications and cultural fit
  • Strong understanding of the AI/technology industry, including current trends, roles, and required technical skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field; certifications like SHRM-CP or equivalent are advantageous
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
