Understanding and analyzing the objective of the client very clearly from the account managers, build a
strategy and delegate it to the team. Supervising, guiding and motivating the team to ensure that the team
members are delivering to the best of their abilities. To keep the momentum going and help and assist the
team members in case of any issues. Have a check on deliverables, both quality wise and commitment-wise. To make sure that the department should work at the best efficiency model.

Duties and responsibilities

Principal duties and responsibilities for the position:

A.) Strategy

• Design, build and execute strategies for all SEO Objectives.

• Facilitate problem solving with new ideas and high impact actions ( expSEO )

• Measure, Analyse & build data Insights of execution of strategies (ROI and KPIs).

B.)Technical

• In-depth knowledge of on-site SEO & technical implementation.

• Consult the development team to ensure SEO best practices are rightly implemented.

• Very good Understanding of Core Web Vitals, Structured Data, Crawlability and HTML.

• CRO & UI/UX exposure to optimise the traffic to conversions funnel.

C.)Outreach

• Develop link building strategies and get them executed by the team with quality control.

• Find, Connect & Deploy blog post to get authority links - paid & earned both.

• Bringing innovative ideas to get better outreach opportunities.

D.)Analytics & Research

• Gathering Insights with In-depth understanding & experience of tools : GA universal & 4.0 ,
GSC, Semrush, Ahref & others.

• Generating Business Value & Insights for brand with SEO KPIs mapping to trackable business
outcomes

• Observing market trends, competitors' actions to generate key insights for faster & sustainable
growth.

E.)Team & Situation Management

• Analyse team member capabilities and deployment on SeO projects.

• Strategic communication with client team - to convey strategy, executions & growth.

• Focusing standardization of processes and check & control to deliver quality growth.

• Coaching, training and assisting in personal development at the individual and team level. Make sure of
learnings for every individual of the team.
