Position: IT Support Executive

Location: Gnome Valley, Shamirpet, Hyderabad – 500101

Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and skilled IT Support Executive to handle our customers' IT infrastructure at their facilities. The candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and support of desktops, laptops, networking equipment, Wi-Fi, CCTV systems, and Windows servers on a day-to-day basis.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Male Graduate, preferably in Electronics or Computer Science.
  • Age: Below 35 years.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT hardware and networking support.
  • Certifications in Microsoft / Cisco / Security domains will be an added advantage.
  • Should have good communication skills in English and maintain a professional appearance.
  • Preference will be given to candidates residing near Gnome Valley, Shamirpet, Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure including network and endpoint systems.
  • Handle preventive maintenance, hardware servicing, and basic configuration.
  • Coordinate with OEMs or vendors for escalation support when required.
  • Maintain daily logs and service reports.
