Job Description:

Job Purpose:

  • Ensure incoming materials and components meet quality standards before production.
  • Perform inspections, maintain records, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect incoming materials as per specifications, drawings, and standards.
  • Use precision tools (e.g., vernier calipers, multimeter, etc.) for verification.
  • Record inspection results and maintain quality documentation.
  • Report non-conformances to stakeholders and resolve issues with QA, Purchase, and Production teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company quality policies and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
  • 1+ years experience in quality inspection or QA.
  • Basic knowledge of inspection processes, engineering drawings, and measurement tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in manufacturing, medical devices, or electronics industry.
  • Basic understanding of ISO standards and quality management systems.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in defect identification.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude.
