Growth Manager, Lifecycle

We are seeking a strategic, experimental Growth Manager with a minimum of
1 year of experience
to own the customer journey from lead acquisition through long-term loyalty. Your primary mission will be to transform newly acquired leads into retained, high-value customers through sophisticated automation, experimentation, and segmentation. This role demands system-thinking and mandatory technical skill in retention platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management:
Own the end-to-end process of lead generation and management post-acquisition - Customer Lifecycle Automation:
Design, build, and optimize complex
customer touchpoint journey automations
across multiple channels - Segmentation & Campaigns:
Define, analyze, and manage customer segmentation for targeted campaign deployment and personalization. - Experimentation:
Embed continuous A/B testing within automated journeys and campaigns to improve conversion rates and maximize Customer Lifetime Value (LTV). - Reporting & Insights:
Rigorously track and report on campaign, journey, and segment performance data, creating insights that inform strategic business decisions.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications (Non-Negotiable):
- Minimum
1 year of dedicated experience
in Growth Marketing, Retention Marketing, or CRM management. - Retention Tool Expertise:
Mandatory hands-on experience with at least one retention marketing tool:
WebEngage, Clevertap, or Kwikengage, etc - Presentation Proficiency:
Mandatory high-level proficiency in presentation design using
Canva or Microsoft PowerPoint (PPT) - 3rd Party Communication:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and technical coordination skills are critical for managing relationships with mandatory retention tool vendors and collaborating with internal Engineering/Product teams to ensure seamless data integration.
Desired Skills (A Significant Plus):
- Creative Aptitude:
Experience or proficiency in
Copywriting
or
Graphic Design
to create compelling, personalized messaging within automated journeys. - Data Visualization:
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as
Looker Studio
or
Power BI
to report on churn, LTV, and segment health.
