Role Description

We're seeking 
talented Writers
 to join our creative team in
New Delhi
. As a
Writer
, you'll play a key role in developing and shaping original screenplays for our upcoming films and web-series. You'll work closely with 
directors
,
creative producers
, and
fellow storytellers
 to transform ideas into narratives that are bold, cinematic, and emotionally powerful.

The role calls for someone who can 
blend craft with instinct
. A writer who sees beyond structure and words to the soul of a story. If you're passionate about
creating complex characters, sharp dialogue, and immersive worlds
, this is your chance to contribute to 
stories that leave a lasting imprint on screen and in hearts.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in writing for films, OTT, or television/digital.
  • Strong grasp of screenplay structure, dialogue, pacing, and visual storytelling.
  • Collaborate in writers' room discussions, ideation sessions, and script development meetings.
  • Work closely with directors and creative producers to align narrative tone, pacing, and visual style.
  • Fluency in Hindi and English (bilingual storytelling skills preferred).
  • Understanding of current OTT trends and audience sensibilities.
  • Proficiency in screenwriting software (Final Draft, Celtx, WriterDuet, etc.) and familiarity with MS Office/Google Workspace.
  • Meet writing and revision deadlines efficiently and creatively.
  • Adapt to feedback with openness and agility, while conducting research and contributing to timely project development.
