Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Copy Writer
  • Strategic conceptualization and formulation of brand messages
  • Expert writing skills, editing, and proofreading abilities for social media and creative campaigns
  • Creative/out-of-the-box thinking
  • Ability to write concise, attention-grabbing, and hard-hitting copy
  • Brainstorming visual and copy ideas with team members of the creative team
  • Write short and long form copy, such as blogs or brochures
  • A good understanding of brands/markets in India, current advertising trends, consumer behavior, and the related sense of the markets to be able to offer solutions to clients
  • Know-how of how to think and execute social media, digital, and mainline campaigns

We believe that the quality of the job description is currently lacking. We have identified a few areas that could be improved:

With these changes, we believe that the optimized job description would be much more appealing to potential candidates and elevate the quality of applicants.
