Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect imitation jewellery pieces for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Select appropriate packing materials to ensure safe transit of fragile items.
- Neatly pack jewellery in branded packaging, ensuring an attractive presentation.
- Label packages correctly with customer details and shipping information.
- Maintain records of packed orders and update the inventory system as required.
- Follow organizational packing guidelines and ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Coordinate with the dispatch to ensure timely shipment of orders.
- Keep the packing area clean, organized, and free of clutter.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or missing items promptly to the supervisor.
- Assist in periodic stock checks and inventory audits as needed.
Skills Required:
- Attention to detail and a focus on quality.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle delicate and intricate jewellery pieces.
- Basic knowledge of inventory systems is a plus.
- Physical dexterity and ability to work on repetitive tasks efficiently.
