  • Jewelry Packing:
  • Ensuring the safe and secure packaging of jewelry items to prevent damage during transit.
  • Selecting appropriate packaging materials based on the type and size of the jewelry.
  • Organizing and labeling packages for efficient handling and delivery.
  • Checking each item against the packing list to ensure accuracy.
  • Order Dispatches:
  • Processing orders promptly and accurately for shipment.
  • Coordinating with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
  • Generating shipping labels and documentation.
  • Tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery and addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Communicating with customers regarding order status and tracking information.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Monitoring stock levels and replenishing inventory as needed.
  • Conducting regular stock audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records.
  • Implementing inventory control measures to minimize shrinkage and stockouts.
  • Analyzing sales data and forecasting demand to optimize inventory levels.
  • Collaborating with suppliers to maintain a reliable supply chain.
  • Quality Check:
  • Inspecting jewelry items for defects or damage before packaging.
  • Following established quality control procedures to ensure product consistency and customer satisfaction.
  • Documenting any issues found during quality checks and communicating them to the appropriate personnel for resolution.
  • Conducting random sampling and testing to maintain quality standards.
  • Providing feedback to production teams to address recurring quality issues and improve processes.
