We're hiring Customer Support Executives for Voice and Non-Voice (Chat/Email) processes at a leading International BPO based in Jaipur.

What You'll Do

• Deliver prompt and professional support to international customers
• Handle queries through calls, live chat, and email
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve complaints with clarity and empathy
• Follow up on unresolved queries and document interactions accurately
• Work closely with team leads to achieve quality & performance targets

Who Can Apply

• Freshers and experienced candidates with strong English skills

• Willingness to work in rotational & night shifts
• Ready to relocate to Jaipur (Relocation bonus provided)
• Basic computer knowledge and typing speed (30+ WPM)

Attractive Salary: ₹27,000 – ₹35,000/month based on profile & process
