We are hiring International Customer Support & Sales Executives for a fast-growing global process.

This role includes customer query handling + product pitching + upselling + cross-selling + closing sales.

International Customer Support & Sales Executive

(Process: Customer Support + Sales | Chat & Voice)

Job Location: Jaipur (Work From Office)

Salary:

  • Freshers: ₹33,000 per month
  • Experienced (1+ year): ₹40,000 per month

Hiring From: PAN India

Shift: US/International shifts

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist international customers via chat and voice
  • Understand customer needs and offer suitable products/services
  • Perform upselling and cross-selling
  • Close sales and achieve targets
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and quality standards
  • Follow process guidelines and meet KPIs

Eligibility

  • Graduates only (any stream)
  • Excellent spoken & written English
  • Comfortable with sales (upselling, cross selling, closing)
  • International BPO experience preferred, not mandatory
  • Minimum 1-year experience required for higher salary bracket
  • Comfortable with rotational shifts
