International Customer Support & Sales Executive (Experience Only)Work From Office – Jaipur | PAN India Hiring | Relocation Support Provided

We are expanding our team and looking for experienced professionals for the role of International Customer Support & Sales Executive.

This position combines customer service + upselling + cross-selling + closing sales for international customers, and is ideal for candidates who want a stable, long-term career in global customer operations.

This is an experience-only role. Freshers are not eligible.

Role & Responsibilities

This role involves both customer support and sales responsibilities, including:

  • Assisting international customers through calls/chat/email
  • Understanding customer concerns and providing accurate solutions
  • Explaining product/service features clearly
  • Performing upselling, cross-selling, and renewal pitching
  • Converting leads into successful sales whenever applicable
  • Maintaining quality, accuracy, and compliance in communication
  • Documenting interactions in the CRM system

Salary Details

  • 1 year experience: INR 40,000 – 44,000 per month
  • 2+ years experience: INR 44,000 – 46,000 per month

Salary depends on skill level, communication, sales capability, and interview performance.

Required Experience & Eligibility

  • Graduates only (mandatory)
  • Minimum 1 year experience in:
  • Customer support
  • Customer service
  • Inside sales
  • Telesales
  • Upselling / cross-selling
  • Retention / renewals
  • International voice or non-voice
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Comfortable working from our Jaipur office
  • Willing to work in rotational/night shifts
