Key Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle international customer calls, chats, and email queries with professionalism.
• Deliver accurate, polite, and effective communication at all times.
• Work on CRM systems to log customer details and issue updates.
• Provide quick resolutions while maintaining service excellence.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: 10+2, Undergraduate, or Graduate (any stream).
• Experience: Open to freshers and experienced candidates.
• Skills Required:
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Good interpersonal & listening skills.
• Basic computer and typing proficiency.
• Flexibility: Rotational shifts (5-day working).
• Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to Jaipur (Relocation bonus + hotel stay provided).
