HR & Payroll Executive

Eligibility:

  • Graduate in any stream with 
    minimum 2 years of HR experience
     in a corporate environment.
  • Hands-on experience with 
    HR tools/HRMS platforms (preferably KEKA)
    .
  • Candidates residing in the 
    western suburbs
     will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, managing recruitment, and overseeing the end-to-end hiring process.
  • Conducting employee onboarding, inductions, and monitoring probation/performance during the initial period.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date 
    employee records
     (personal files, attendance, leave management).
  • Preparing 
    payroll, salary structures, tax-exempt heads, payslips
    , and ensuring timely disbursement.
  • Handling statutory compliances including 
    PF, ESIC
     payments, filings, and coordination with consultants.
  • Supporting employee engagement initiatives and ensuring a positive workplace environment.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and best practices.
  • Preparing reports and MIS for management review.
