Telecaller - Debt Recovery Agent

Salary: As per industry standards

Job Role:

We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Telecaller to join our Debt Recovery Team. You will be responsible for contacting defaulters, reminding them of their dues, and guiding them to make timely payments .

Responsibilities:

  • Call customers and inform them about pending dues
  • Maintain daily call records and follow-up status
  • Handle objections calmly and professionally
  • Provide payment options and support the recovery process
  • Achieve daily/weekly recovery targets

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in [local language] & English
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Patience, confidence, and persistence
  • Prior experience in collections is a plus but not mandatory
