Role & Responsibilities: Loan Recovery: Engage with customers to recover overdue loan payments.
Customer Communication: Handle customer calls, emails, and visits to resolve payment issues.
Negotiation: Discuss payment terms and settlements while maintaining positive relationships.
Documentation: Maintain records of all recovery activities and agreements.
Field Visits: Conduct field visits as needed to recover payments and meet clients.
Compliance: Ensure all recovery efforts comply with legal and company policies.
Requirements: Experience: Previous experience in loan recovery or collections is a plus.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-Solving: Ability to think quickly and work under pressure.
Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Age: 18–35 years.
Education: Minimum High School/Equivalent.
Travel Ready: Willingness to travel within the designated area.
