Job Title: Nutritionist Cum Customer Care Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional and personable Nutritionist Cum Customer Care Executive to join our healthcare/wellness facility. This dual role involves providing expert dietary consultations and guidance to clients while also managing reception duties to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in nutrition along with excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Nutrician Duties:

  • Assess patients'/clients' nutritional needs, medical history, and lifestyle habits.
  • Create and recommend personalized diet and meal plans.
  • Provide counseling on healthy eating, weight management, and disease prevention.
  • Monitor client progress, follow up, and adjust diet plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and healthcare staff for integrated patient care.
  • Educate clients on nutrition-related topics through one-on-one sessions or group talks.
  • Maintain accurate diet charts and client records.

Customer Care Executive Duties:

  • Greet and assist patients/clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk operations including answering phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments.
  • Handle client registrations, billing, and payments.
  • Maintain an organized reception and waiting area.
  • Keep patient/client files updated and ensure confidentiality of records.
  • Provide general administrative support to management and staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field.
  • Certification or registration as per local regulatory requirements (preferred).
  • Prior experience as a dietician and/or in reception/administrative roles.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and appointment management software.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
