NDOSOL Solar Private Limited (ISPL), a Special Project Vehicle of Shirdi Sai Electricals Limited (SSEL), is a key player in Integrated Solar PV manufacturing. Qualified under the PLI scheme by MNRE, ISPL is setting up a 10GW manufacturing facility spanning the full solar value chain from polysilicon to glass.

Job Purpose:

To act as a crucial link between the Sales team and internal departments (Factory, Planning, Quality, Logistics, Accounts, etc.) to ensure smooth order processing, timely communication, and superior customer support. This role enhances operational efficiency and drives customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Review and resolve pending orders and customer queries promptly.
  • Maintain sales data entry and documentation systematically.
  • Coordinate with production, planning, logistics, and other departments to support sales activities.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and assist in collection efforts.
  • Support customer service by providing updates on order status, dispatch, delivery, and stock.
  • Generate and distribute daily sales reports and leads.
  • Manage CRM tools for reporting and presentation purposes.
  • Collaborate across teams to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in CRM or Sales Support roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and perform under pressure.
