Role & responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for non clinical hiring, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer negotiation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
  • Responsible for identifying and sourcing prospective candidates from various sources (including but not limited to Job Boards / Social Media / Head Hunting / Referal Programs.
  • Presenting shortlisted candidates with profile summaries to the hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
  • Conduct initial screening and assessment of candidates to evaluate their fit for the role.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and reports.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment.
  • Should be comfortable with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and have excellent email skills.
  • Track recruitment metrics (TAT, conversion ratios, revenue per recruiter, etc.) and present periodic reports to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, and data confidentiality norms.
  • Manage MIS, dashboards, and recruitment trackers for transparency and efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in healthcare recruitment, with a focus on doctor hiring.
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Good in Data analytics tools like MS Excel, Dashboards
  • Excellent communication skills
