We are looking for Junior Accountants to join our finance team. Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience who are eager to learn and grow in the accounting field are encouraged to apply. The role requires basic knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in accounting software, especially Tally ERP and Highrise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping and data entry.
    • Record and maintain financial transactions accurately.
  • Support the preparation of invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely vendor and client payments.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
  • Learn and adapt to accounting processes, financial systems, and reporting requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 0–1 year of experience (Freshers willing to learn are highly encouraged).
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP and Highrise software (preferred).
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
