**Job Title**: Jr. Account Executive

**Department**: Accounts & Finance
**Location**: Viman Nager
**Reporting To**: Senior Accountant / Accounts Manager

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Record and maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally/ERP or other accounting software.
- Prepare and process purchase, sales, and expense vouchers.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and maintenance of cash and journal books.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare data for GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Maintain organized filing of all financial records and documents.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments as needed.
- Assist in payroll processing and expense management.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in **Tally ERP / MS Excel**.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical mindset.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Education**: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
- **Experience**: 0-2 years of experience in an accounting role (freshers may also apply).

**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Salary Range**: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,539.90 - ₹20,894.25 per month
