About Us

Bericht Global Excellence, a part of the Bericht Group, provides consulting, business excellence, and professional training solutions to clients across industries. We are expanding our team in Kochi and seeking a dedicated Indoor Sales Executive to handle office-based sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and client presentations.
  • Maintain CRM records and follow up on leads effectively.
  • Support the sales team with scheduling meetings and documentation.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets through consistent follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for client servicing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales or telemarketing (preferably in consulting or education sectors).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Malayalam.
  • Proactive, organized, and result-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹23,000.00 per month
