The APAC Growth Marketing team is seeking a highly motivated and data-driven individual for the position of Paid Media Manager, India. You will be responsible for leading and developing outstanding media strategies that drives upper funnel metrics and acquisition using B2C digital channels. Have an eagerness to optimise for performance, a strive to exceed given targets and to successfully acquire Adobe Express customers across India.

Successfully generate demand and meet acquisition goals for Adobe Express. Effectively plan media tactics as part of the in-house center of excellence through managing media agencies and activation teams. With experience collaborating closely with campaign marketing to use creatives and content to their fullest, building a consistent experience through the customer journey. Excel at adapting paid media to the latest marketing tactics yet methodical in their approach at reaching specific audiences by utilising a data-driven strategy.

Skilled at brainstorming, ability to innovate, highly analytical with strong attention to detail, the successful candidate to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. An opportunity to bring new ideas to our audiences.

What You'll Do

  • Develop India's full-funnel paid media strategy across various advertising campaigns to integrate the consumer journey. Incorporate performance media with global, regional and local media platforms, localised campaign content and take advantage of relevant cultural moments.
  • Project manage end-to-end delivery of paid media programs including campaign brief, creative specifications, set up, execution and define the correct metrics.
  • Drive partnership with channel specialists across the global teams whilst leading the APAC (India) media agency relationships to implement paid media initiatives for Paid Search, Programmatic, Social Media, Connected TV and other advertising channels. Get into the details of executional strategy and continuously find opportunities to improve performance.
  • Perform hands-on campaign analysis, compile insights, and build testing methodologies across various aspects of the media buys whilst looking for innovation through new platforms for growth. This includes setting up measurement framework and familiar with use of local platforms.
  • Support India content culturalisation & localisation for earned and paid media. Test use of various creative assets from Branded to User Generated contents and manage media usage rights.
  • Collaborate and agree process with cross-functional partners with the Adobe organisation such as Go-To-Market, Integrated Marketing, Creative Studio, Social Comms and Customer Insights & Research teams to ensure we are leading strategic development for our customer's user journey.
  • Communicate regularly with internal teams on campaign performance, delivery status and ensuring you are advising the business on what our advertising strategy should be. Bring others along with your vision.

Experience

  • Experience working on India specific marketing platforms and India's digital landscape
  • Experience in Search, Display, Social and Mobile channels. Experience managing campaigns in broader, non digital channels on top of a digital experience could be helpful.
  • 10 years+ in paid media marketing with KPI against efficiency, revenue & volume targets
  • Ability to work on global campaigns and understand the importance of localisation on performance and user behaviour in mobile-first markets, focused on India
  • Applied knowledge of marketing automation process and technology (Adobe Digital Experience Tool knowledge preferred)
  • Ability to balance strategic thought leadership skills with outstanding team and project management skills
  • Navigate a matrixed organisation and represent your work, your team with integrity and self-sufficiency. Be able to influence team members at all levels of the organisation.
