Job Summary:

We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) with Prime Vendor experience in US IT Staffing. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the US staffing market, proven experience in handling Prime Vendors, and the ability to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and establish new business opportunities with Prime Vendors in the US IT Staffing market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing Prime Vendors & MSPs to ensure ongoing business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Negotiate contract terms and agreements with vendors and clients.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure the fulfillment of client requirements.
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitors to develop effective business strategies.
  • Work on lead generation, cold calling, and email campaigns to acquire new clients.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 1+ years of experience in US IT Staffing, with expertise in the Prime Vendor model.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to generate leads, close deals, and maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Experience in working with MSPs, Tier-1 Vendors, and Direct Clients is a plus.
  • Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
