Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field. Certifications in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, LinkedIn) preferred

Location: Navi Mumbai (5 days working , WFO Compulsory)

Requirements:

  • 2 - 5 years in digital marketing/social media marketing, preferably in B2B or technology/industrial domains
  • Proven experience in digital marketing for B2B or industrial companies
  • Proficiency in managing LinkedIn campaigns (organic + paid), with understanding of lead gen and targeting
  • Hands-on knowledge of SEO (on-page & keyword optimization, analytics basics)
  • Familiarity with CMS (WordPress) for landing pages, campaign microsites, plugin usage
  • Graphic design skills (Canva/Adobe) for infographics, creatives, and social posts
  • Basic video editing skills for short marketing videos, explainers, or campaign use
  • Experience in running and tracking digital campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Analytical mindset with ability to report KPIs and optimize campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, and Email) to build brand presence and generate leads
  • Manage and optimize the company website for campaign landing pages, SEO, and lead capture forms
  • Manage and grow LinkedIn presence - organic posting, scheduling, reporting, and ad campaigns for targeted outreach
  • Update, optimize, and maintain landing pages on WordPress for marketing initiatives
  • Design marketing creatives (social graphics, infographics, email banners, short videos, flyers) for B2B industrial/engineering audiences
  • Execute and monitor email campaigns, track open/click rates, and optimize messaging
  • Analyze campaign data, prepare performance reports, and suggest improvements
  • Support overall brand visibility by creating content calendars and ensuring timely execution of campaign
  • Collaborate closely with the Content Specialist to align branding, visuals, and technical messaging across all channels
