We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Associate to join our Venture Capital team. The Associate will play a key role in sourcing investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, supporting portfolio companies, and contributing to fund strategy. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about startups, innovation, and the venture ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Deal Sourcing & Pipeline Management


• Identify and evaluate promising startups and emerging sectors.


• Build and maintain relationships with founders, accelerators, incubators, and ecosystem partners.


• Track industry trends and market developments to identify investment opportunities.

2.
Investment Evaluation & Due Diligence


• Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, and market research.


• Assess business models, competitive positioning, and scalability of startups.


• Support in preparing investment memos and presenting findings to the investment committee.

3.
Portfolio Management & Value Creation


• Work closely with portfolio companies to provide strategic, financial, and operational support.


• Monitor portfolio performance through metrics and reporting.


• Assist in follow-on funding rounds and exit opportunities.

  1. Research & Market Intelligence


• Conduct sector-specific deep dives to support fund strategy.


• Stay updated with macroeconomic trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.

  1. Fund Operations & Internal Support


• Support partners in fundraising, LP communications, and reporting.


• Contribute to knowledge-building within the firm by maintaining databases and research insights.

Qualifications & Skills


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field; MBA/CFA preferred.


• 2–4 years of relevant experience in VC, PE, investment banking, consulting, or startup operations.


• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.


• Excellent communication and presentation skills.


• Passion for startups, technology, and innovation ecosystems.


• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
