Role Description

Job Title: Logistics Executive E-commerce (Cosmetics Division)

Department: Supply Chain & Logistics

Location: Netaji Subhash Place

Gender Preference: Female

Experience: 25 years (preferably in e-commerce, cosmetics, or FMCG sector)

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

Job Summary:

We are looking for a female Logistics Executive to manage the end-to-end logistics operations for our cosmetics e-commerce business. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in handling online order fulfillment, courier coordination, inventory tracking, and ensuring smooth customer deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate order processing, packaging, and dispatch through various e-commerce channels (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, website, etc.).
  • Manage daily logistics operations including courier pickups, tracking, and timely delivery.
  • Monitor and update inventory records in coordination with warehouse and operations teams.
  • Ensure accurate documentation for invoices, dispatch records, and returns.
  • Handle reverse logistics for returned or damaged goods.
  • Maintain MIS reports on dispatch, delivery timelines, courier performance, and logistics costs.
  • Liaise with courier partners and 3PL vendors for cost negotiation and service improvement.
  • Coordinate with Customer Service for delivery-related queries and complaints.
  • Ensure packaging standards are maintained as per brand guidelines for cosmetics.
  • Support in monthly stock reconciliation and audit requirements.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce logistics and courier operations.
  • Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets and ERP/order management systems.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to multitask under tight timelines.
  • Good understanding of cosmetics product handling and packaging.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and customer-focused mindset.
