About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and curious Growth & Outreach Intern to support Honeybee Digital's expansion initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys experimenting, analyzing markets, reaching out to potential users or clients, and discovering new growth opportunities.

You will play a key role in lead generation, outreach campaigns, and growth experiments that help us scale faster. If you love researching, trying new strategies, and understanding how digital products grow—this role is for you.

Responsibilities :

Outreach

  • Execute outreach campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and social platforms
  • Draft personalized outreach messages and follow-up sequences
  • Engage with prospects, influencers, partners, or businesses to create opportunities
  • Maintain and update outreach databases and tracking sheets

Lead Generation

  • Research potential leads, target audiences, and relevant industry segments
  • Identify decision-makers and collect verified contact information
  • Qualify leads based on business needs and fit
  • Support the creation of lead pipelines and reports

Growth Experiments

  • Assist in brainstorming and executing growth experiments
  • Test new outreach methods, tools, or channels
  • Track performance metrics and analyze experiment results
  • Suggest improvements to optimize conversions and engagement

Market Understanding

  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and audience insights
  • Study platforms, tools, and strategies used by industry leaders
  • Provide reports on market opportunities and potential partnerships
  • Help refine the ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and target segments

Requirements

  • Strong communication and research skills
  • Basic understanding of lead generation, growth marketing, or outreach strategies
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach, or CRM tools (bonus)
  • Analytical mindset with curiosity for testing and learning
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
  • Eagerness to explore new growth ideas and digital tools
