**Urgent Hiring - Outreach Intern (Outbound Calling)**

We are looking for enthusiastic and persuasive **Outreach Intern (Outbound Calling)** to join our team. The primary role will be to connect with potential clients, introduce them to our upcoming events, and ensure their participation. If you have excellent communication skills and experience in international sales or customer engagement, we want to hear from you.

**Job Title: Outreach Intern (Outbound Calling)**

**Location**: Work From Home (WFH)

**Job Type**: Internship

**Salary**: ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 per month + Performance Incentive

**Experience**: Experience in Outbound Calling and CRM software is an added advantage

**Qualification**: Graduation / Post Graduation

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to invite them to attend exclusive events.
- Clearly communicate event details, benefits, and participation requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to maximize event attendance.
- Follow up with interested clients to confirm their participation.
- Handle inquiries and address any concerns professionally.
- Maintain an updated database of call records and client responses in the CRM and Systems provided
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for client invitations and confirmations.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- **Excellent English communication skills** (verbal & written).
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to encourage participation.
- Prior experience in **outbound calling, customer engagement** and **CRM software** is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to handle rejections professionally.
- Proficiency in using Google Office Suite (Google Workspace/Google sheets) for maintaining call records and reports.

**Minimum System & Internet Requirements**:

- Laptop/Desktop: Minimum Intel i5 processor with 8GB RAM.
- Internet Connection: Minimum 50 Mbps stable internet speed.
- Power Backup: At least 2 hours of uninterrupted power backup (UPS or inverter).
