About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Business Development Manager (BDM)
with proven experience in
US Staffing (IT or Non-IT verticals)
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
building and managing their own client accounts
, driving revenue growth, and ensuring long-term business partnerships. This role demands a
hunter mindset
, with the ability to acquire new clients, generate business opportunities, and deliver staffing solutions aligned with client needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and onboard
    new direct clients, Implementation partners, Tier-1 or MSP/VMS accounts
    in the US staffing market.
  • Develop and maintain
    strong client relationships
    , ensuring repeat business and account growth.
  • Generate revenue from
    self-built accounts
    by offering tailored staffing solutions.
  • Understand client requirements (both IT and Non-IT) and collaborate with the recruitment team to deliver the right talent.
  • Create and execute business development strategies to
    meet or exceed revenue targets
    .
  • Handle
    RFP/RFQ submissions, negotiations, and contract closures
    .
  • Work closely with delivery/recruitment teams to ensure
    timely and quality fulfillment of client requirements
    .
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to drive
    continuous improvement
    .
  • Provide regular updates, reports, and forecasts to management on business progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of proven business development experience
    in US Staffing (IT and/or Non-IT).
  • Strong network and ability to
    generate revenue through self-built accounts
    .
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring
    new clients
    and growing existing accounts.
  • Strong understanding of the
    US Staffing ecosystem
    (Direct Clients, VMS/MSP models, Tier-1, Implementation Partners, IT & Non-IT verticals).
  • Excellent skills in
    negotiation, communication, and relationship management
    .
  • Ability to work in a
    target-driven, fast-paced environment
    .
  • Familiarity with staffing industry tools, ATS, and CRM systems.
