Job description:

CRL Interior is looking for an Architect/interior designer.

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, solid technical knowledge, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create designs based on conversations with a client. The candidate should be confident in communicating regularly with the client in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback. The candidate should maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends in order to provide the best ideas for clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects
  • Meet with the client in order to understand the client's objectives and desires
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and teams in order to address client's needs
  • Prepare presentations (3D, 2D, mock-ups, and renderings) for clients
  • Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant
  • Holds behavioural attributes of Result oriented, Teamwork, Integrity & Ethics, Crisp & meaningful communication.
  • Holds sales expertise in Sales Closure by way of logical & trusted Sales pitches, Driving and leading the Design meetings with the customers
  • Must have Experience in Commercial & Residential Projects

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree 3 - 4 years of experience in related field Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape 3D Max, V-Ray, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong creative and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute.
