Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Chinese Chef in preparing and cooking authentic Chinese dishes.
  • Ensure all food preparation meets hotel quality standards and hygiene protocols.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times.
  • Support inventory control and ensure minimal food wastage.
  • Follow standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Chinese cuisine (hotel or standalone restaurant).
  • Strong knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques (wok, steaming, frying, etc.).
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Positive attitude, passion for cooking, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
