Job description

Role & responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Create and post job descriptions on various job boards, company websites, and social media platforms.
  • Travel within the region as needed.
  • On-site working arrangements depend on the location.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to find potential candidates.
  • Review resumes and applications, conduct phone screens, and assess candidate qualifications to create a shortlist of potential hires.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtually, to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment process.
  • Ensure a positive experience for candidates by providing timely feedback and updates throughout the hiring process. Conduct reference checks, verify employment history, and administer background checks where applicable.
  • Review large volumes of applications, conduct initial screenings, and identify top candidates based on job requirements.
  • Organize and participate in job fairs and other recruiting events to attract large pools of candidates.
