We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to promote and sell our WhatsApp Marketing Solution to businesses across various industries. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a good understanding of digital marketing, and a passion for helping brands improve customer engagement through WhatsApp automation and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for the WhatsApp Marketing product.
  • Pitch product demos to potential clients and explain use cases tailored to their business.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with SMBs, agencies, and enterprise clients.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical/implementation team for onboarding.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Gather client feedback and market insights to improve product offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and deals in CRM.
  • Stay updated with WhatsApp Business API trends, competitors, and marketing automation tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or digital marketing products (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of WhatsApp Business API, CRM tools, or marketing automation platforms is a plus.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
