Role & responsibilities :
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven professionals to join our Business Development team as Executive / Senior Executive Lead Generation. This role is pivotal in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential clients for our small molecule CDMO services, including drug substance / drug product development, process optimization, scale-up, and commercial manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential pharmaceutical and biotech clients globally.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities aligned with company growth targets.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in small molecule drug development.
- Provide actionable insights to the sales and strategy teams.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in CRM systems.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on lead generation metrics and conversion rates.
- Work closely with senior sales executives, technical teams, and marketing to align outreach strategies.
