  • Liaise with QA/QC for vendor approvals and sample evaluations.
  • Coordinate with finance for timely vendor payments and invoice processing.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers to obtain the best value.
  • Monitor market trends and pricing to ensure cost-effectiveness and supply security.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard approved vendors compliant with cGMP requirements.
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure reliable supply and competitive pricing.
  • Conduct regular vendor performance evaluations (delivery timelines, quality, service levels).
  • Execute end-to-end procurement of raw materials, excipients, and packaging materials as per production plans.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid production delays.

  • Coordinate with production, QC, QA, and warehouse departments for material requirement planning (MRP).Role & responsibilities

  • Ensure all procurement activities are compliant with GMP, company SOPs, and regulatory norms.

  • Maintain purchase orders, vendor approvals, and related documentation for audits.
  • Support internal and external audits (e.g., USFDA, MHRA, WHO). And Phrma-Cloud &360.
