As a Purchase Executive at Techno Control, you will play a key role in managing the procurement process to ensure the timely acquisition of materials, equipment, and services required for our projects. You will work closely with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and project teams to source high-quality products at competitive prices while adhering to budgetary constraints and delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage vendor relationships and identify new suppliers.
  • Source and procure materials and services as per project needs.
  • Prepare and process accurate purchase orders.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishments.
  • Ensure product quality through coordination with QA and suppliers.
  • Maintain procurement records and generate performance reports.

Key Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Proficient in ERP systems
  • Knowledge of procurement, contract management, and supply chain practices
