Key Responsibilities:

Define the product vision for your area, link it to company goals, and translate it into a clear, prioritized roadmap.

Deeply understand users through ongoing discovery, data, and field feedback, then turn insights into decisions.

Own outcomes end-to-end: set a north star, guardrails, and decision rules; make explicit keep/kill/scale calls.

Design and run right-sized MVPs (fake door, concierge, A/B) that validate riskiest assumptions quickly and ethically.

Grow 01 wins into dependable 1N capabilities with SLAs, telemetry, docs, and de-risked rollouts.

Build AI-first workflows (prompting, eval sets, latency/cost trade-offs, safety/PII) with human-in-the-loop quality checks.

Optimize for "real India" constraints: low-end Android, patchy networks, multilingual UX, accessibility, and privacy.

Partner tightly with Engineering, Design, Content, and GTM; write crisp PRDs/decision records and keep stakeholders aligned.

Instrument funnels and cohorts, run self-serve analysis, and maintain lightweight dashboards that drive action.

Manage scope, dependencies, and sequencing across teams to hit dates without sacrificing quality.

Mentor APMs/associates and codify "paved roads" (templates, rituals, definitions of done) that lift team velocity.

Qualifications:

You have 5+ years' experience of shipping user-facing products with clear metric movement.

You demonstrate strong problem isolation, structured thinking, and sound trade-offs.

You are fluent in experimentation with clear hypotheses, primary and counter metrics, and decision rules, using both A/B and scrappy tests.

You are hands-on with LLM or ML features, apply practical evaluations and guardrails, and use SQL or an equivalent tool.

You show solid UX judgment, collaborate in Figma, and advocate accessibility and performance on constrained devices.

You write clearly, align stakeholders, deliver predictably, and manage risk.

You are motivated to improve learning outcomes at national scale.

Nice-to-have: You have experience with UGC or creator ecosystems and incentive design.
