Profile Review:

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a welcoming and professional atmosphere. This role involves managing the front desk operations, overseeing floor management, and supervising the housekeeping staff to ensure a clean and efficient environment.

Key Responsibilities

Reception Duties:

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming.

Administrative Support:

Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems.

Communication:

Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.

Relay important information to relevant parties in a timely manner.

Security:

Monitor visitor access and maintain security protocols by logging visitor details.

Ensure the reception area complies with health and safety regulations.

Floor Management:

Oversee the overall management of the floor, ensuring all areas are well-maintained and presentable.

Coordinate with maintenance and technical staff for repairs and upkeep as needed.

Housekeeping Supervision:

Manage and supervise the housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the premises.

Create and manage housekeeping schedules and assign tasks to ensure timely and efficient services.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Front Desk Executive or in a similar customer service role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel,).

Professional appearance and attitude.

Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
