Tele Sales Executive

Profile Summary
The objective of the position is to drive revenue, growth and expansion of our client base, aiming to build and develop strong and long-term relationships with key decision-makers in renowned educational institutions by promoting our products and services and closing the sales prospects.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Outbound Calling:
Make outbound calls daily to prospective clients.
Ensure a professional and polite tone during all interactions.
Lead Conversion:
Engage potential customers, understand their needs, and convert leads into sales. o Build rapport and maintain customer relationships for repeat business. 3. Follow-ups:
- Conduct timely follow-ups with potential clients to close deals effectively. o Provide solutions to address client concerns or objections during the sales process. 4. Target Achievement:
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain focus on quality conversions while achieving numbers.
Client Database Management:
Update and maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system. o Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of customer information.
Professionalism:
Exhibit sincerity, integrity, and a proactive attitude towards work.
Handle rejection positively and remain motivated to achieve targets.
Flexibility:
Adapt to non-standard working hours, including late evenings, to ensure closures. o Be available to address customer queries at convenient times for them.
Knowledge
Skills (Must have)
- Education- Any Graduation, Post-Graduation, (preferred Sales)
- Experience- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Core Educational Field Sales (B2B)
- Knowledge of Educational Institutions and its working cycle
- Excellent verbal communication (English & Hindi)
- Ability to speak fluently and persuasively to engage potential clients.
Professional and courteous demeanor.
- Ability to handle clients with patience and empathy.
